Someone want to tell me what it means to respond to God's love? Because I don't know what it looks like, and so far I haven't been having much luck figuring it out.

In other news, I board a plane in 35 hours.

Matt, tough question. What does it mean to respond to God's love? Well I guess for me it means to be changed by it. I am transformed by God's love. There is a quote that says "God loves you the way you are, but loves you so much He won't let you stay that way" or something along those lines. That is kind of how it is for me. I realize that Jesus changes me, takes me from darkness to light, from death to life, from burdened to free. For me a response is required. An acknowledgement of that love. It may be an internal surrender of my will, or a physical effect that others can see, a change in attitudes or something like that. You would understand that concept, I think. Everything has to have a reaction. I know there is a scientific equation that is really similar to this...

But anyways. I don't know if that helps, but that is my ramblings/heart on the subject.

We will miss you brother. You have been an amazing servant here. I am glad we had the opportunity to become friends. Blessings on your travel and time at school.
